While there were a few issues during my previous visit—reportedly due to a new mechanic missing some procedural steps related to warranty service—I understand that these things can happen. Although it required a couple of additional visits, which was inconvenient, I can confidently say that I’ve experienced zero issues with any of the repairs or replacements performed by DCJ Grapevine. That’s a testament to the quality of their work. What truly made the situation easier to navigate was the professionalism and integrity of their service staff, particularly Bobby. His communication was excellent throughout the process. To address the inconvenience, Bobby provided an oil change voucher for my next visit. During that recent visit, he honored the voucher and, notably, even though my basic warranty had just expired, he advocated on my behalf and ensured the necessary repairs were still covered under warranty due to my long-standing customer relationship. Stopped by to look at a car for my wife Zack meet us at the door and was very nice and professional from the start asking if we had a appointment with any one and when we told him no he said he would help us out. Was not pushy like your typical dealer experience heard us out and was able to get us something that fit what we needed. Last week, I visited GDCJ to discuss my end of lease options regarding my 2021 Jeep Wrangler I had previously purchased at this location. I was so nervous and overwhelmed with the idea of purchasing a new vehicle that I procrastinated and now only had 2 months left to make a decision. I was taking my jeep in for routine maintenance and decided I would book an appointment with sales to see what my options were. Jesus Martinez was extremely patient and very knowledgeable about the different features each vehicle offered and was also able to walk me through the advantages and disadvantages of financing vs leasing. The dealership was quite busy since it was Black Friday and so there was a bit of a wait to speak with finance. Despite the holiday rush, Jesus continued to check in on my party and was very accommodating while we waited. I went in with the intention of discussing my options however Jesus was so well versed in his department that I felt relieved and ended up financing a brand new 2024 jeep wrangler that week. If you are buying a CDJ go see Dell. He worked hard to get me a great deal on my jeep and was very helpful thru the whole experience and patient. When I called about the car I had not seen any pictures and the staff got me in contact with Dell and he sent over a video for me to see it. They have some nice vehicles so def check them out !

My son found the truck through the Chase banking app. I applied on Sunday and was approved immediately. I printed off the paperwork and put it in my purse. I received a call the following morning and set up a time. Drove to dealership and it was smooth sailing. The truck was already parked outside the dealership. Had an awesome experience buying my brand new 2022 wrangler XE with Moe. Process was super fast and easy, I think including my test drive, trade in, and financing for my new vehicle I spent less than 2 hours there. My Jeep had a very small paint defect that I noticed when I got back home, I sent a photo to Moe and they’ve already booked me to get it repaired and are taking care of it for me. Very trustworthy and awesome experience. So happy to finally have my dream Jeep.

I have to say, this was a really pleasant experience buying my Jeep from my sales guy, Michael Coleman, Michael was there every step of the way. He was kind, on-the-dot, non-abrasive (yet aggressive, but with finesse, in a positive sort of way!) and very upfront with me on pricing from the start. He answered every question I had and didn't respond with any lazy answers. Give this guy a raise, because he's a natural when it comes to customer service/sales and he's most likely going to close a lot more deals because of the connection he makes with customers.

Mason was great to work with. He answered all the questions we had on the vehicle, walked us around the lot as we compared different options and was very knowledgeable on the vehicles. This was by far the smoothest vehicle purchase I've ever made. Leo helped me with all my questions and was extremely courteous. That guy deserves a raise! I've purchased many new vehicles and I despise the process. I hate the haggling, the pressure, the sales tactics. But I didn't experience any of those problems here.
